Exchanges
The Sensory Collective will only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival. If this is applicable, please email us at thesensorycollecive@outlook.com with a copy of your receipt and a picture of the defective or damaged item.
You may be required to return the item to us at your own expense.
Refunds
Refunds are only applicable for individual items that are defective according to Australian law. Refunds are not applicable for any of The Sensory Collective Boxes. Refunds will not be provided for change of mind or a dislike of the product. Once the item is inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or disapproval of your refund.
If your refund is approved, you will be reimbursed via your original payment method within 7 days of notification. (Please check your bank account and allow processing time. If you suspect sufficient time has passed and your refund is not processed, contact your provider. If there is still no resolution, contact us at thesensorycollective@outlook.com)
